Job Responsibilities/Qualifications

The Product Development & Regulatory Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Product Development & Regulatory Director in all areas of the development & regulatory process for boscia. This includes but not limited to:

  •  Assisting with all product batches & component submissions (giving accurate and prompt feedback/approvals)
  • Collecting and maintaining product samples, interacting with outside vendors and internal teams
  • Helping coordinate testing of all boscia formulas under the supervision of the Product Development & Regulatory Director
  • Assist in compiling competitive information as well as formula, ingredient and trend data
  • Oversee all regulatory items and projects under the guidance of the Product Development & Regulatory Director, this includes but is not limited to requesting necessary regulatory documents, tracking registration timelines and status and communicating all pertinent information.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university
Experience: 1 year of beauty industry experience desired
Certification/Licensure: n/a
Computer/Software: MSN office Suite

 

Job Responsibilities/ Qualifications

  • Knowledge about UPS small package processing (Both Domestic and International)
  • Route drivers with LTL/FTL pickups and deliveries
  • Responsible for all transportation between our suppliers and vendors.
  • Must communicate efficiently and professionally with Manufacturers, FTL and LTL carriers, and our office members
  • Must provide prompt notification of issues to upper management
  • Responsible for all documentation for shipping
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Experience:

At least 1 year of LTL/FTL dispatch experience
Must be motivated & a team player

POSITION SUMMARY

Act as a liaison with the International Sales Rep, Customer Service and Warehouse management to identify and facilitate international shipments to our primary customer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support warehouse oversea shipping operation including packing, reporting and preparing shipping documents
  • Support our warehouse department for E-commerce and Gratis distribution
  • Monitor the international shipments
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Experience: Not required, entry-level position

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible to assist in the implementation of the established marketing plan for the Company by carrying out duties as assigned. Primary responsibility is to support all retail marketing initiatives on domestic and international scopes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Participate in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns by assessing and analyzing retail sales
  • Aid in artwork tracking for domestic and international packaging needs
  • Support Sales + Education departments with necessary marketing tools in an effort to drive business
  • Work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional department teams
  • Manage sampling requests, inventory and allocations to ensure business is well supported
  • Manage and fulfill retailer promotion + support requests
  • Ensure support of retail business by providing assets in a timely manner on an as-needed basis
  • Participate in assigned projects such as: Sales Meeting preparation; presentation deck development, holiday gift baskets and other promotional incentives on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist with merchandising for domestic and international accounts
  • Liaise with internal graphic design team to produce marketing material
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
