Each boscia product is formulated without the use of preservatives through a highly-advanced discovered technology in which each formulation utilizes a combination of unique and specific ingredients that, in conjunction with each other, create a final formula that does not require the use of preservatives. Each and every ingredient used in every single boscia product works in symphony with each other, resulting in a formula without the need for preservatives. This, in conjunction with the state-of-the-art "Clean Room" manufacturing and filling process and the "Fresh Dispensing" packaging, ensures that each formula is immaculate and free of any airborne contaminants.
To obtain beautiful, healthy skin, we recommend using boscia products on a regular basis. Keeping recommended usage (amounts and frequency) in mind, we have packaged each product as either a one-month or two-month supply. To gain the optimum benefit of boscia, we recommend using the entire product for up to six months after opening.
boscia guarantees that all products on boscia.com will have a shelf life of at least 90 days from the date they leave our warehouse. Additionally, all promotional items on boscia.com used as GWPs will have at least a 2 month shelf life from the time they ship.
You do not have to use every product to help your skin; however, because preservatives can often irritate skin, you will get best results eliminating them completely from your regimen. You may find that any irritations or breakouts you have been experiencing will disappear once you have started using our preservative-free products. After that deadline, your order will be sent to our warehouse facility, at which time we cannot recall it. We offer USPS shipping to all countries outside the US, excluding Canada.
The actual shipping rate for your order will be calculated and your approval requested via email before your card is charged and your order shipped. Also, an additional shipping and handling charge will be added to your total amount. All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be. Therefore, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your country's customs office for details on how charges are applied. Any items returned due to non-payment of customs and import duties or failure to claim will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable. We may be unable to ship to some countries. In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders are stopped by the customs agency in your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. Once your order has been shipped, we will update the status in the My Account section of the boscia website. If sent via UPS, this will include a tracking number and link to the UPS website so that you can obtain up-to-date tracking information. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information.
After receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You may direct any questions about your return or exchange to email@example.com.
Please note products that have been purchased through our website, www.boscia.com, or our toll free number 888-635-8884, can be returned for a refund or exchange. All items used as GWPs will have at least 2 months of guaranteed shelf life from the time they ship. Items purchased at a retail location may only be returned to that retail location. Yes, all domestic orders over $50 receive free UPS Ground or USPS Priority (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) shipping. The qualifying order total is calculated after all promotional discounts are taken. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Customers are responsible for all costs involved in re-shipping goods when a submitted address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the delivery was unable to be completed due to the customer’s absence. Orders that are refused, returned to sender or never claimed from the carrier will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and will incur a charge to be reshipped, varying depending on the recipient’s location. In the event UPS is unable to leave your package at your shipment destination, they will make three attempts to deliver before returning it to sender. For any problems related to the delivery of your order, please contact Customer Service at 1.888.635.8884.
Any shipping address changes including adding a suit#, apt# or company name that you may request after we ship out your package, there will be $15.00 service fee charged. With this service fee, we will contact UPS to reroute your package to any new location or have it sent back to us even if it's still in transit. To avoid this charge, please review your shipping address carefully before pressing the submit button.
When logging in to My Account, click on "Forgot your password?" This will take you to a page that asks you for your email address. Your password will then be sent to you via email.
To change your password or update your information, log in to My Account and click on the Account Edit section. This will allow you to update all of your personal information.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. And further, your credit card number is never displayed on the site or in emails. For added security, you are required to enter your credit card number again with each order via our secure server.
