How are boscia Rewards Points accrued?
Earn 1 (one) point per dollar of retail merchandise purchases, exclusive of any tax and/or shipping charges. Point earnings are rounded to the nearest dollar spent. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
How do I check my boscia Rewards Points balance?
Sign in to your account at boscia.net and click on the boscia Rewards link to see your points balance.
Why wasn’t my last order reflected in my boscia Rewards Points balance?
It may take up to 48 hours after you place your order for the points to reflect in your account. If after that time you feel your account balance displays incorrectly, contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1.866.635.8884.
What happens to my boscia Rewards Points if I return an item?
Your Rewards Points balance will be adjusted for any returned and refunded merchandise.
Do boscia Rewards Bucks expire?
Yes. boscia Rewards Bucks expire 90 days from the date of issuance. In addition, any unused boscia Rewards Points that have not yet earned boscia Rewards Bucks will expire after 12 months.
How do I get my boscia Rewards Bucks and when will they arrive?
Every time you earn 300 points, we'll send you a $30 boscia Rewards Bucks notification. You will receive your Rewards Bucks code by email within 48 hours of processing your qualifying order. This code will also be available in the "boscia Rewards" section of your account on boscia.net.
How do I redeem my boscia Rewards Bucks?
Go shopping at boscia.net and check out as usual. Your available boscia Rewards Bucks code will appear in the "boscia Rewards" section of your account. Once on the payment page, enter "bosciarewards" in the promo code box and click "apply" to see the boscia Rewards Bucks deducted from your order total. Orders redeemed with boscia bucks are subject to shipping fees unless the pre-tax, pre-shipping total is $50 and over. (Note: Reward bucks cannot be combined with other promo codes.)
What happens when the price of my purchase is less than my boscia Rewards Bucks?
The remaining balance may be applied to another purchase prior to the expiration of your boscia Rewards Bucks.
Do I earn Rewards Points when I use my boscia Rewards Bucks?
No. You do not earn Rewards Points on the amount paid using your boscia Rewards Bucks.
Why haven’t I received my boscia Rewards Bucks?
Once your point balance updates, we will send your Rewards notification within 48 hours. Check the bulk or junk mail folder in your email account to see if your Rewards Bucks notification was sent there. To ensure that you receive future boscia emails directly into your inbox, add email@example.com to your address book.
Can I purchase boscia gift certificates with my boscia Rewards Bucks?
boscia Rewards Bucks may not be used to purchase boscia gift certificates.
Can I give my boscia Rewards Bucks to a friend?
No. Rewards Bucks are associated with your boscia account. They are for your use only.
How do I change my boscia Rewards user email or password?
Sign in to your boscia.net account and click on "Edit Account" to change your information.
Is my privacy protected if I participate in the Rewards program?
Can I combine my boscia Rewards accounts?
Rewards Points may not be transferred between accounts, nor may the point balances be combined from different email accounts. If, however, an email address associated with a specific account is changed, the Rewards Points will then be associated with the updated email address.
Membership in the boscia Rewards Program, referred to herein as the "Program", is free and open to boscia.net customers 18 years or older only. Membership offer void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Points can only be applied to the Program membership belonging to the individual making the purchase. Identification may be required.
To earn points, members must provide their email address at the time of every purchase. Rewards Points may not be transferred or sum totaled between different email address accounts. If an email address is changed within an account, those points are maintained within that established account.
Points will not be awarded for any purchases made prior to August 27, 2008.

Inactive accounts will default to a zero point balance but will resume point earning at time of next purchase.
Points are earned on purchase price only. Points are not earned on the value of promo codes, discounts, or Rewards Certificates as the form of payment. Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
Points are exclusive to the Program and are only offered by boscia. Unless authorized by boscia, points may not be combined with discounts or Programs offered by any entity, including airline, credit card and retailer programs, in the U.S. or abroad.
We may offer bonus points and details will accompany each offer.
A $30 boscia Rewards Bucks certificate will be automatically awarded after 300 points are earned, and will be sent to the email address you provide to boscia.net. You will be issued a boscia Rewards Bucks promotion code to redeem your reward during checkout. boscia Rewards Bucks are exclusively associated with your boscia account and are for your use only.
boscia Rewards Bucks may be used for boscia.net purchases only. No cash will be refunded when the price of a purchase is less than the boscia Rewards Bucks amount. If the amount of the purchase is less than the amount of the boscia Rewards Bucks, the balance of the certificate will be available until spent or expired.
A boscia Rewards Bucks may not be used to purchase a boscia gift certificate. Rewards or any unused portions thereof will expire (90) ninety days after the date upon which they are issued.
Unauthorized purchases/fraudulent transactions do not earn points.
boscia.net, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the Program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the Program entirely at any time without prior notification. If boscia.net terminates the Program, remaining, unused Point balances will be forfeited.
